Antifriction material ZX-100K
(PET + unique combination of fillers)

Designed for the manufacture of wear-resistant parts: bearings, bushings, bushings, rollers, running nuts, gears, worm wheels, etc.
Properties: solid, durable; high fatigue limit; not susceptible to changes in weather conditions; works well; suitable for welding and gluing; does not contain PTFE and silicone; approval for use in drinking water systems.

Application parameters:
Temperature (T) -100 °C to + 110 °C (+ 140 °C)
Contact pressure at 10000 h / (0,01 h) (p) max. 30 / (70) MPa
Fatigue (S) at 20 °C and 106 load changes 1 Hz = 52 MPa
Sliding speed (V) max = 200 m / min

Antifriction material
ZX-324 (PEEK + USN)

Designed for the manufacture of sliding parts operating at high temperatures (over 200 ° C), in combination with high pressure (max 120 MPa).
Properties: hard, hard, durable, high fatigue limit, resistant to hydrolysis, not susceptible to changes in weather conditions, responds well to processing, suitable for welding and bonding, does not contain PTFE and silicone, suitable for work in vacuum.

Temperature (T) -100 ° C to + 110 °C (+ 140 °C *)

Antifriction material
ZX-410 (PEI + USN)

Designed for the manufacture of sliding parts operating at higher temperatures, speeds and loads than the material ZX-100K. Properties: up to 180 ° C hard, tough, durable; durable, pv-value is better than PEEK; high dimensional stability; high resistance to chemicals; high resistance to hydrolysis; very high resistance to UV radiation.

Temperature (T) -70 ° C to + 180 °C (+ 200 °C)
Contact pressure at 10000 h / (0,01 h) (p) max. 54 / (119) MPa
Sliding speed (V) max = 200 m / min
Fatigue strength (S) at 20 °C and 106 load changes 1 Hz = 33 MPa

Antifriction material
ZX-530 (PPS + USN)

It is designed to work in aggressive environments, is not affected by most chemicals and replaces fluoroplastic and ceramics in sliding nodes, surpassing them in characteristics. It is used in sliding details of spray booths, electroplating lines, in the equipment of the chemical and oil and gas industries.
Properties: resistant to hydrolysis, low hygroscopicity, fireproof, suitable for bonding and welding, well processed.

Temperature (T) -100 °C to + 240 °C (+ 260 °C)
Contact pressure at 10000 h / (0,01 h) (p) max. 25 / (76) MPa
Sliding speed (V) max. 300m / min
Fatigue strength (S) at 20 °C and 106 load changes 1H = 40MPa

Antifriction material
ZX-750 (PI + USN)

Designed to work at temperatures up to 300 °C (+ 320 °C).
Properties: hard, tough, hardy; high dimensional stability; high fatigue limit; good fire properties; suitable for use in vacuum; well processed; suitable for bonding and welding; contains PTFE. Supply material ZX-750: rods.

Temperature (T) -250 °C to + 300 °C (+ 320 °C)

Sliding speed (V) max. 350 m / min
